I think the answer to your question was in the PR re GE, i.e. GE will be ramping up the first 6 months of this year, not today, not tomorrow, but within the first 6 months of 07.
Revenue streams for GE for this period will only be in the region of $2 to $3 million in my opinion, still not bad, but I think what Walrus is stating, it takes time to get to fruition, but once things start to roll with these types of Companies, they snowball.
I think the revenue streams for TKO for first half of 2007 are mainly going to be coming from the EDS/Navy contracts, Homeland Security, which I hear is going exceptionally well, I hear orders for EDS/Navy more or less coming in daily, which ties up nicely with the roll out end of Jan 07, along with the NMCI, schools, hotels, Trendwest/Wyndham and the two proposed acquistions and anything else in the mix such as Earthlink and further MST deals.
However, for GE, don`t forget, this is just one division of them, I believe there are two other divisions strongly interested in the technology and hopefully will come to fruition later this year.
Breaking local government buildings will be a big bonus for TKO and the two new boys apparently are doing well with further contracts.
As to the financing, I believe this is by the same guys as before, not the prior toxic financing one, so they must have a very stroung believe in the Company to have put up a total of $16 million!!
As to the CC, I agree with Walrus and a few others that RP is now entering an arena he is not used to being in, so I think the reason Walrus has posted about a disclaimer with the CC, is that there is not any future law suits, as the figures need to be a bit woolley as not everything sorted yet.
If the CC is predominantly about GE, then I can understand a disclaimer, but I would foresee GE being worth a sizeable chunk of TKO`s revenue stream tail end of this year and really ramping up for 2008, possibly around $30 million on GE alone for 2008, but for 2007, we have to look to EDS/Navy, Homeland Security, hotels, Earthlink, schools and the two new acquistions, along with any future MST stuff and how this all gels together!
