Ok if that is why he did it now, my question still beckons even more validity then.
Why wait until someone asks for it to be done? Why did he not do it to “Entice” or “Show them the Money” when the iron was hot??? Would you want to know what your return on investment would be for yourself or for any partner?
I mean most Major Companies have a certain dialed in # for what they want for their return on any form of Capital Expenditure. I mean seriously- Any legit company wants to know the ROI or Return on Investment prior to dropping the cash down on the table. Hence the reason the Payer Analysis should have been performed Years ago!!!
