Anything is possible. New highs actually outnumbered new lows for a change. Biotech, pharma, medical devices, and such appeared on the new highs list. The Barchart sectors for these display northward slopes on the line graphs.
Oil declined again.
Rallies in select issues are gaining momentum a little later in the mornings. This is good. It tends to produce higher prices in the afternoon session.
APDN would be an example.
