I agree with everything you said. I guess I am frustrated because he stepped away for others (Mike Baker and ?) to run the company and put the company in this current diluted position. I do think he is trying but he should not be paid anything now based on his past mistakes until he can get the share price up. Be in our same boat and base his pay on share price so he would be just as motivated as a shareholder. But he would say that is ridiculous.
He is not trying his best, if he was he would not add another 30B shares, we all know that. We are all waiting for a dead bounce cat otherwise he will just keep diluting jnto the oblivion.
