Read the exhibits carefully. They contain liens on all property, including intellectual. These "investor" groups will get their money back.

I believe that the bigger plan is for them to take over, then work the media and marketing, once they have cleaned house and reorganized.

They must see some value in them, in order to buy so much of it.
