It is true that he now has a warrant order from the court because he skipped his required appearance at a court-ordered debtor exam related to the $9 million he (personally) and HPNN (the failing company) owe just one person.
That is over 90% of the total HPNN market cap, and any assets the CEO or HPNN have or ever obtain are subject to seizure to pay for it.

And yes, the CEO is facing serious prison time for his latest 5 felonies.

I wonder if he still has that narcotics addiction problem the court indicated in his charges? Any DRE can see he might based on his clenched-jaw look (was really bad at Vidcon).
