That's exactly what has been going through my head over and over, thinking how this doesn't make any sense at all other than some stocks have been dumped so hard the past year that they are ridiculously oversold. Of course a real valuation for any stock requires proof, so that profit must not only show on the books and OTCmarkets but an audit would be nice.
In my opinion, being that I trade so many OTC stocks, I can tell you I'm pretty sure the reason MSTO has not seen any pops is because of the lack of market makers due to something with their filings giving the stock unsolicited quotes only. So basically this is trading like a CE or Expert Market stock. Getting 100% current to bring back the market makers and reporting their revenues will bring back the scared buyers due to less risk.
