its the OTC, sketchy things happen all the time. Same thing happen to me the other day with another stock.
plus, it happened after hours, when a lot of orders expire, due to the order not including AH trading

7's were light on the bid just before close, my guess is 7's were sold and someone was readily available to sell 6's after all it was only 10,000 shares sold guy was waiting for it. JMO CZNI

That sell at noon seem to flush the bid. To 6. Unless some how it was associated. Not sure how that would be the case though.

It is a block-sell or block buy, executed in the morning (in this case when pps was 6).
In practice : translated in : "Mostly good news : whale coming in with large order".
