Assuming it's a perfect world and those tweeted timelines are accurate, I'm counting 285 days, 60 days since last the tweet = 345 days until ramp-up.
Looks, to me (imho)... a couple years before fully-built, employees hired and trained and any significant marketing and sales would be taking place.
Quite frankly, I don't see any revenue associated with the projected solar panel plant before 2024. Tons of competition pumping out millions of solar panels in the U.S. over the next 2 years.
A lot can happen between now and then. I.E. Durango, Mexico? and Queensland, Australia solar farm and feedstocks? and non-glass solar panel UL certifications?...over the past 3 years.
