I am only saying why even bother to tweet if no follow up. I rather have no communication from company until it does. And yes, reputation is important because it makes the company a solid organization and credible in what they do. By your own statement ‘ once the news start to flow’, what makes you think that there will be any news flowing if the company reputation and credibility is nonexistent?
