The previous attempts ended in a face plant. There are obligations from those previous failures. Where are those convertibles coming from - legacy debt that has nothing to do with what the company is trying to do now.
1 month in here in my new business and just keeping my head above water so I dell that is better than most! Last time I was $1500 a month in the negative so this is a much better start!
