That's possible, but I would also say we should be patient. Icon Media just tweeted today that their PCAOB audits for Eastwin8 and Icon are occurring now concurrently to ensure there are no "skeletons" in the closet. The original LOI was announced on March 24, and the audit likely started sometime in April. There were complications with that one though and the LOI was suspended for a time. So who knows?
