then they and their F&F will lose upwards of $1.5M if not more, why would they just be willing to take a hit like that instead of trying to allow F&F to make money as well as making money themselves? Of course they will, which is why we have not seen any F&F converting shares to dump outside of a very small portion at Christmas this past year.

If nothing was every going to happen the F&F would be trying to sell shares
