Lannett’s Adderall market share is impressive, given that at least Teva, Mallinckrodt, Novartis and Takeda are massive, multi-billion-in-revenue companies.

Shortage for Teva means potentially more market share opportunity for Lannett/us. Good news.

$276 million in Adderall sales in 2021 by Lannett. If they walk away, Elite can hire its own sales reps and talk to the pharmacies about continuing the purchases. Instead of 30 million in revenues, Elite can have a multiple above that. Hmm

Teva purchase of Elite is possible. Nice synergy.
