Caren Currier had just taken over as
CEO of CGAC and I wanted to know
if there was a history of CC doing R/Ss.


I was provided a list of Tickers that CC
was involved in and my post was in reference
to my DD - which was no history which I could
find of CC doing R/Ss.


No - there is not a Non-Dilution Clause in
place for CGAC.
