You are correct...Lazar initially issued them to himself as the control block for the shell...xferred them to Garcia when he bought the shell...the preferreds were created back in 2013 by the old mgmt, they also raised the a/s to 500m around the same time, if I remember correctly...been some time since I read it...lol...it's in one of the 10ks if one wanted to research it...AGSS
