Why do you think this sees .40s today ? You dumping ? Not the best move when there are no buyers. ECSL been declining since mid July. Interesting to note Mr Lorton passing July 18th, surely ECSL would have known that before last week's PR. Also interesting assertions of knowing about it ... yet .... not sharing. Speaks volumes.
While I am sorry to hear Mr Lorton passed on and my condolences to the family, the parcels of land are not titled in Mr Lorton's name. They are owned by the companies Mr Lorton and his family owned and operated. Of course I am not a lawyer, but last I recall those companies are INCs and are their own legal entities.
I would agree this would be a much bigger issue if the parcels were directly owned and titled in Mr Lorton's name, but the INC continues forward. Surely Mr Lorton would own most if not all the shares in his companies, and those shares would certainly go through whatever process in Florida. But the companies being their own legal entities should be able to continue to do business and transact as needed
This doesn't rise to the level of "sell" in my book without further information. Of course some of that might have to with whatever your cost is.
