If there is a settlement, I would only assume and expect ANDR lawyers to pressure the Doug Man to settle for the smallest amount, as long as the legal fee's and some peanuts for Doug (not shareholders) are in the deal.
We wont' know the amount of the settlement either, because that is supposedly confidential... Not sure why, but that's how it goes
