WTF? Is Petey hitting the juice too heavy so he can't figure out how to get all the stuff done. There isn't anyone else that does the financials, right? He makes up all the BS, best I know...

and, of course, the transfer agent "thing" has been BAD NEWS for YEARS, hasn't it.
