I don't think it will get delisted. David Chong and Dr Vin Menon have both said that it was wrongly labeled with a CE. Dr Menon said they will have an update next week to give us the progress of getting the CE removed and David Chong has written that there is no reason that the CE won't be removed. Of course if it gets delisted, I will never trust those two again. They are respected individuals so I feel very confident that the company will get the CE removed.
Also, the reason for the recent weakness was because Schwab stopped allowing buying on their platform You can still buy in Canada however.
