You can misinform all you want, the reality this is a skull and crossbones / shell risk company.

It has been in this status since 12/21/2021, and it is never getting out.

You own your bag, and no one else wants it.

Newsflash the 211 has to be filed

DSCR is a shell risk, because of this they blew their exemption last October.

A Form 10 I almost fell out of my chair, show me one auditor and not the retired CPA they have now, who will sign off on this.

Must be talking to a CPA in hospice care, only way I see an auditor signing off on this.
