Maybe some actual reading and research might help---

It might not be due until August 15th due to the fact CYDY may no longer be a Large Accelerated Filer and now an Accelerated Filer which would make the 10K due in 75 days from the fiscal year end rather than 60 days from the fiscal year end.

How do you know the 10k was not filed by Cytodyn but not released yet?
