I did find out one thing is not true. Damages talks don’t begin Until after discovery. This will begin in February-March time frame.

The TWTR case of a pre-emptive protection from a possible infringement of MG patent sounds silly for the court to allow to proceed.

Sounds like twitter is worried they are infringing.....in fact that is the only reason they could file such a suit.

Good info Rapz but how would we ever know how the “meet and confer” sessions go? Many of the filings are sealed and VPLM isn’t known for putting out a bunch of communications.
