the need is now. the positiong is immediate. the ability is speculative on our part only. they know they are in position for great things when started. question is which one says start?

I know another company that was pink sheet called Naples soap co. and they reversed merged a furniture company into it. It stopped trading and still is over a year in the process. A reverse merger with Falak would shoot our share price quite high depending on the amount. Looking forward to it.

yes but to audit a private company takes 12 to 18 months. They have had the time to audit the entities already.
