Two things lead me to believe this may never happen or be approved:

1) They claimed IND filing with FDA to get a free no charge filing AND free patent as long as it’s filing with a priority US patent filing and it was all covid related.

There was an issue and more info was requested, and to my knowledge, it was never followed up on. That’s why I don’t think there is much or any acknowledgment of a FDA or patent from 2020.

2) The message from the FDA and Slilaty as of late is quite similar to what I believe happened in 2020:
