How can one get answers if they don’t ask or find them? Talk to Cyrus, talk to the IRS, talk to the SEC, the DOJ… just don’t talk to FINRA… the president of a biotech company doesn’t have any series licenses and therefor isn’t a registered Representative. It’s like what biotech president isn’t a stock broker, amirite?
