$$$$who. Terms of the deal we're never disclosed. Telogis never was finacially able to buy us out even with all the infused cash they got from other investors they still couldn't afford to buy Remote Dynamics. They only got a piece of us and Verizon , same thing, terms of the deal not disclosed, I suspect they only got piece of that with a lengthy EARN OUT CLAUSE .Someone will be back for the rest, guess whio.
