I mis-typed that. FILING indicates .002, not .005

using your number of .005 would result in only 1 billion shares sold

The FILING as-posted, and amended 3 times, clearly indicates the INTENT to sell 2.5 billion-shares at .002, essentially doubling the O/S to just over 5 billion.

If no one knows the actual offering price why are they told to put one down on the form ? In this case (.0020) ? Is it because they will accept no offers below this price ? Trying to learn in this crazy OTC world.
