New structure
AS = 450M
OS = 47M

So....
New AS divided by New OS = a gap of 9.574
9.574*450M = 22.977B

Reducing the OS by 50:1
But only reducing the AS by 5.33:1
The result is the company giving themselves room to dilute to 22.977 billion shares in the current structure. I gave the number 21.6 billion since they are not fully diluted now.
