It all depends on whether or not your shares are getting massively diluted along the way. I haven't researched this company but growth at the expense of current shareholders is never good (not saying that's the case here, because like I siad, I haven't done my research).

Look at MRMD. They are debt free, have lots of cash, and are generating even more cashflow daily, so they can fund their own growth without diluting the crap out of their shareholders.

Stock has been punished this year (along with the entire industry), but it's a great bargain because of it.
