The loan originated in 2015 it was a avop deal … then when Adam took over I’m fairly certain the terms of the loan were renegotiated… the numbers are in the filings you got to jump around to see them but they are there … it’s the terms of the loan I’m not 100% certain on .. but from the way this is unfolding I think I’m close
