In the case of Koehnke, he was there from the start. PT literally acquired the company from Koehnke and Koehnke stayed on in capacity as the company lawyer. I think he's had a much bigger role than anybody realizes. PT is too unsophisticated to implement all the shenanigans that have gone on......IMO.
