LAMO "without even trying". It took Paulson 3 months to find private retail investors to buy 80M shares, and at that time at least they had NASH results to dangle. Now they want to sell 350M shares with no clinical results to dangle in front. Good luck with that. Can you answer why the SEC refuses to make effect any S-3 well over a year now?
