You don't know that. Someone "claims" to have seen him with no proof. As for the board members I have been to several shareholders mtgs where the speakers tripped over their tongues. There should have been more interested parties there. I couldn't make it. Weak presentations by some employees/board members do not tell a complete story.
If Michery doesn't come up with some definitive plans soon, I.E. F500 company then crap will hit the fan.
