If he truly will NOT be the CEO, then:

1. what will his role be?
2. will it matter?
3. What percentage of IGEX assets will be incorporated into the new company? e.g., let's say the newly-formed company is worth $10 Billion; but IGEX is only worth $1 Billion. Will our SP price then represent 10% of the new company? I'm just suggesting these numbers as an example. Could be something to think about. Disclaimer: I'm not an accountant - obviously.
