They had to do something, HAVE TO CLOSE THE FRICKING DEAL before the LOI can bear fruit !!! STALL ,STALL STALL WE get to print our own news now so why not ?

I really hate to be the kind of guy to say I-told-you-so but ... just goes to show how much top-notch DD is worth.

The General said on June 27:

Hopefully this deal does close but I also suspect it won’t be in July. Just because all the questions were answered doesn’t mean they are satisfactory to the lender or more information isn’t required.

Expect to hear exactly that in the next update, “upon the lender’s request, further clarification is needed and we expect to close as soon as approval is provided.”

And here we are a month later and JL says:

The purchase of the new Cyberfuels Gateway Terminal in Tampa Florida is expected to close in August

Amazing the company doesn't even address the failure to close directly anymore. It just gets slipped in with some LOI nonsense PR.

Since it won't be August 1st I'm sure, what's accounting for another 30-45 day delay? Is it still that pile of dirt that had been fully vetted and no big deal? What's the holdup now?

Just goes to show this company cannot execute! That is irrefutable at this point. If closing took this long I can only imagine which century the buildout will be complete in!
