The previous PRs from HDUP is super bullish, and biggest one yet to come. There is basically no dilution happening for these deals either, as you see HDUP in their twitter flex their financial execution. A lot of people involved are personally funding it, as I understand. Based off existing deals/revenues and their SS, they are already planning on uplisting

The supposed acquisition is Spinola Gaming. 180m in revenue contracts for this year.
