Thanks - this SEC link is for questions and
comments. I think it is the SEC Complaint
Center - a different link - which investigates
violations - if any - so no need for some to overreact.


I want to find out the correct interpretation
of Rule 13d-3 in the event that there is still
zero disclosure on ILST HOLDCO, LLC in
the next quarterly report.
