Well, now we know why on the OTCM website for CCTL the "Warning, This security is eligible for Unsolicited Quotes Only" is still on, as CCTL didn't have a 211 form filed yet.

Does IGlow who insisted CCTL doesn't need to have a Form 211 filed, finally understand that it does need to have one filed.

It just shows that he is wrong again.
