Your question in the previous post was: "where does it say in either of those two tweets that shares are being accumulated? Please explain."

I don't mean to speak for that poster, but the post you were replying to didn't say anything about the tweets said shares were being accumulated. It just said shares were being accumulated.

You can sometimes tell that just by looking at the volume and price action. Or, some people will try and get sense for the accumulation/distribution trend by pulling up a chart and looking at it.
