Whatever the RESULTS of the FIRST vote are - STANDS

Vote YES = 2.25 B share AS and we all know where those shares are headed

Vote NO = An upset Narcissist will perform a capital raise by way of CD Note issuances (shares issued at a 50-90% discount to the commons), toxic PIPE offering and/or a REVERSE STOCK SPLIT to mathematically get the OS up to the 2B or so it needs to be at in order for Michery to continue fleecing shareholders
