That info was from 10-K Dated Sept.2021
Just prior to nasdaq listing....

I think a whole boatload of those shares
Have since been diluted to holders

As of June 2 2022 ... ( Date That Counts )
Different share number percentages have swirled.

I'm interested in seeing the 8-K
Also If a company statement comes out before then.
