The DTC number was 17.7M last yr and went to 9.7M and seen in 12-13M many times to.. This number is just not accurate and jumps al around without any rhyme or reason...The OS was increased by 625M as restricted shares were sold to a private investor for .40 its in the filings.

The current numbers are accurate. 45,625,000 as well as the restricted and unrestricted in your pic....There is NO DILUTION and the paid off a $1M dollar senior note to with funds from the PIP CONTRACT. They are committed to NOT DILUTING A SINGLE SHARE or the would have let the note convert out.

When I posted this late last month Held @ DTC was 12.9 million, now it's 16.8 million, a 31% increase to the float.
