When an investigation is stopped without an indictment, it is shorter than when it continues... here the investigation continues... AH AH AH Cytodyn is so trapped

From the SEC itself (2020 annual report):
"Our median time to file this past year has been 21.6 months, a five-year best...
...we have also seen improvements in the length of time it takes to bring financial fraud and issuer disclosure cases....we reduced the average amount of time it takes to complete these investigations from 37 months to 34 months"

Last, it is still way shorter than the HIV BLA which after 4 years still has a "formatting problem", or a "syringe issue", whichever fits the current company propaganda. LOL!
