Just wondering, did you do a full cookie clear or surgical advfn and ihub cleaning?
If it might be helpful, it may not be necessary to clear all cookies. One can just go into their browser cookie management page and search for all advfn and ihub cookies and just delete those. Many people don't bother to do this and have issues with other websites pop up.
Also, a decent 3rd party file search program will do a computer wide search for advfn/ihub cookies as well as there are numerous temp internet cookie folders on windows systems.
Just in case you weren't doing this and it might be less destructive than total wiping.
