Do you really believe that, since last substantive communication on June 28 (confirming that detailed animal test plan hadn't yet been submitted to FDA and, upon submission, a third meeting is needed with FDA to discuss plan), FDA signed off on animal test plan, animal tests have been completed and IDE application submitted all in less than a month?
