Knowing what Dr Arman knows about potential partnerships/buyouts, I don't think he needs to set a trap because the shorts are already standing in it. He just needs to close the deal and announce it on a Friday evening after the close. Why Friday evening and not Monday morning? Well because EVERYONE will know about the partnership/buyout come Monday morning, and it could create a short squeeze unlike anything we've ever seen before. Can you imagine if the opening bid on a future Monday morning was $5-$10+ for a partnership, or $20+ for a buyout, especially if it's GSK?

GSK buys co's with US FDA approved BTD's---

GSK to acquire clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Affinivax, Inc.

In the adult phase I/II clinical trials, AFX3772 was well tolerated in participants and demonstrated good immune responses compared to the current standard of care. In July 2021, the US Food and Drug Administration granted Breakthrough Therapy designation for AFX3772 to prevent S. pneumoniae invasive disease and pneumonia in adults 50 years and above. Phase III is expected to start in the short term. Phase I/II clinical trials to assess the use of the vaccine in paediatrics are planned to begin later this year.

The FDA already denied the BTD for CYDY...GSK shareholders dont have time to waste with broke co's that pay employees with shares.
