These are the means by which insiders get rich off the backs of retail traders willing to buy shares in the open market for an ever increasing price. A successful company makes sure that the insiders that make things happen within the company to make it a success get ample payment for their time, knowledge and connections.
This is nothing more than the 'politics of BIG BUSINESS'. No complaints here if the results ARE success and I 'get a little' just by riding their coattails! VXIT 'seems' to be making that a reality.
