I have a low opinion of those that inhabit the beltway in general.. But as they are the masters of insider trades it could be a good sign. Thinking their run on the phizer teet may be coming to an end as well as the Social Media (Meta and Twitter) going down the dumper so they are looking to load up on the next big thing....
They may be feeling Libby out for him to be brought on as a fellow traveler...
