Check latest news on blackstone. They have new 30 billion to spend on Real estate again distorting the market to the upside for second time. So xtrm will be posed into a nice spot. Check also the ten year interest, it is going down again thats one reason markets have rebounded. Management reports in next few days and it will be huge. Imo pps worth 2 pennies
